morning musume. '20 is the flagship group of hello! project, and has existed since 1997! it's a generation-based group, which means it adds members in generations, and any member can graduate whenever they like. there are currently 15 generations, with members from 9-15ki currently in the group. they have 68 singles, 15 studio albums, 2 mini albums, and have sold millions of copies in japan. they became a household name in japan after releasing their single "love machine", which is their biggest hit, and became their signature song. while they have never reached that level of popularity since, morning musume has continually improved their quality of music, singing, dancing, performing, and much more.

currently, morning musume is my second favorite h!p group, behind beyooooonds. i love them a lot! while their discography is overwhelming due to being so long, it is full of bops that i'll never get tired of listening to.
